Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with SuperClaw Cloud. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we make it easy to get your money back.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SuperClaw Cloud, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund:
- Email kanddlabs@gmail.com with your account email
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will consider the circumstances and do our best to find a fair resolution. Contact us and we will work with you.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, then deleted
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore your account
Free Trial
The 24-hour free trial requires no credit card and no payment. There is nothing to refund for the trial period. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account simply becomes inactive.
Third-Party API Costs
SuperClaw Cloud operates on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. Any charges from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) are between you and those providers. We cannot refund third-party API usage costs.
